3. INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Prive Concierge frequently works with independent third-party service providers, suppliers, venues, travel companies, transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, event professionals, private aviation providers, yacht operators, personal specialists, property professionals and other external partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such third parties are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, joint ventures or representatives of Prive Concierge.
When we arrange or facilitate a third-party service on your behalf, our role may be limited to sourcing, recommending, coordinating, booking or facilitating the relevant service.
Third-Party Responsibility
Each independent third-party service provider is solely responsible for the provision, performance, quality, legality, licensing, regulatory compliance, insurance, safety, security and suitability of the services or products it independently provides.
No Assumption of Third-Party Liability

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of requested services.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing and complying with any terms, requirements, restrictions, health or safety requirements, travel documentation requirements, cancellation policies or other conditions imposed by third-party providers.
Where a particular service involves material legal, financial, medical, security, immigration or other professional considerations, clients should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Prive Concierge does not provide legal, financial, medical, immigration or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorized to do so.
5. AVAILABILITY & EXCEPTIONAL REQUESTS

While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate client requests, we cannot guarantee that a particular reservation, experience, product, venue, travel arrangement, service provider or other request will always be available.
Some requests may require additional fees, deposits, minimum commitments, rush charges, cancellation fees or other third-party costs.
We reserve the right to decline requests that are unlawful, unsafe, unethical, impractical or inconsistent with our professional standards.
6. FEES & THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Prive Concierge's professional fees, membership fees and service charges are separate from costs charged by third-party providers.
